Mondo provides space for up to 6 components individually tempered and safely packed with the same compact size. The Mondo makes it possible to deliver 2 to 5-component meals plus salad dressing at guaranteed 65°C over two hours. And to keep the cold goods next to the hot goods even colder, there is a chiller in the Mondo Bluemax cooling lid. This ensures the temperature is maintained at or below 10°C for your salads and deserts – complying with EU Food Hygiene Regulations.
